Everything in One Place
Customers, properties, jobs, tasks, schedule and payments live in one app — not in a notebook, a calendar and a spreadsheet that never agree.
Save 5+ Hours Every Week
Jobs reschedule themselves on the rhythm each customer wants, and prices pre-fill from what you charged last time. The admin evening shrinks.
Never Miss a Job or a Payment
Overdue work surfaces as Past Due on your Schedule, and every closed job stays under Unpaid Payments until you mark it paid.
The Whole Job, One App
Six screens carry the business: schedule, revenue, customers, and the jobs that connect them.
Smart Scheduling
The Schedule tab shows the month at a glance and the day in detail, so you always know where the next job is.
- A month calendar shades each day by how many jobs it holds.
- Switch between Schedule, Daily View and Weekly View.
- Filter the schedule by customer color label.
- Open jobs that slip surface as Past Due instead of disappearing.
Revenue Tracking
See what the business earned without doing the math yourself — today, this week, or the year to date.
- Today's Revenue and Unpaid Payments sit at the top of the Revenue tab.
- Pick a range from Past Week to Year to Date, or Forecast the next 14 days of open jobs.
- A bar chart per day, with the daily average under every total.
- Jobs and Customers Served counts alongside the dollars.
Customer Management
Every customer in one Contacts list, sorted the way you think about them.
- Sort by Name, Company, Label, Due Date or Last Job Completed.
- Color labels group your customers — blue for weekly mows, red for one-offs, your call.
- Set a customer to Automatically Reschedule Jobs — weekly, quarterly, or yearly.
Customer Profiles
The profile holds everything you need at the curb: phone, properties, and the job history.
- Call or text a customer straight from their profile.
- Every property gets one-tap navigation via Google Maps.
- Jobs group under Open, Closed (Unpaid) and Closed per customer.
Job Creation
A new job is a checklist of your own services, priced the way you price them.
- Pick services from your own catalog — Manage Tasks & Prices keeps it yours.
- Prices pre-fill from what that customer paid last time.
- Set the date and time, watch the running total, tap Continue.
Job Tracking
Work the checklist in the field; the progress ring shows how far along the job is.
- Check off tasks as you finish them — notes and prices ride along on each task.
- Tap Mark Job Closed when the work is done, then Mark Paid when the money lands.
- Reschedule a closed job in 1–4 weeks, or pick a date.
Built for the Field
The truck, the yard, the dead zone behind the shed — Mowbius is offline-first, and the cloud catches up when you do.
Works Offline
No signal behind the house? Mowbius keeps working. Your data lives on your phone first, so the job list never depends on coverage.
Automatic Cloud Syncing
Changes sync to the Mowbius cloud on their own whenever you are connected. New phone? Sign in and your data comes down with you.
Completely Ad Free
A tool you pay for, not a billboard. No ads, no upsells inside your schedule.

“Mowbius makes it easy to add customers to the database. I like the fact it shows how much income you generate!”
Ingo A.
“I am starting a lawn mowing business and I have been trying to record all the jobs in a book but this app looks much better especially for keeping track of repeating jobs”

Where Mowbius Comes From
Designed by Adam Lyttle to solve his own administrative juggling of mowing lawns, Mowbius is a small CRM for small-scale lawn care and landscaping businesses. What started as personal frustration with pen-and-paper scheduling became a tool for lawn care professionals to focus on what they do best — taking care of lawns, not paperwork.
Built by someone who understood the daily challenges of running a lawn care business, Mowbius takes on the administrative headaches so you can spend more time growing yours. In October 2023 it joined App Lane, and has since been redesigned from the ground up on a rebuilt cloud sync backend.
